Deal completed on July31st…. NPW’s 3rd Acquisition of 2015
Miami, FL, August 5th: National Performance Warehouse has announced its completion of their third new location for 2015. The company now operates from a separate Salt Lake facility which will be consolidated into the National Auto Parts Warehouse’s modern and automated facility in West Valley City, Utah while the Boise, Idaho facility will continue.
Time Distributors is a wholesaler of performance and truck accessories which when combined with the traditional business of National Auto Parts Warehouse Utah will have the operation mirroring other NPW locations where customers can purchase virtually all their automotive needs.
The National Performance Warehouse Companies now operate from 12 locations in the US and Canada. The Company now distributes over 600 lines of traditional, performance, truck, chemical, engine and tool and equipment lines.
Larry Pacey, President and CEO of NPW offered these words;
“This year is going by very quickly. I hope we can continue this pace and find more such opportune scenarios as we did here in Utah. I think we have a great team assembled here from the acquisitions and we even had our Florida based VP of Purchasing, Matt Bacalis, formerly with NAPA & Porsche NA relocating to Utah to be a part of the local team. I wonder if he knows it snows here.”
The National Performance Warehouse Companies now operates 12 distribution centers in the US and Canada: 4 facilities in Florida; Miami (2), Ft Lauderdale and Tampa; Ajax, Ontario Canada; Warwick, RI; three facilities in California; Vernon, Sacramento and San Jose; 2 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and 1 in Boise, Idaho.
