National Performance Warehouse Announces First Acquisition Of The Year And Its First In Texas

National Performance Warehouse Companies (NPW) has announced its first acquisition for 2016. NPW has purchased the Evacam Solutions Co. based in Dallas. The deal is set to close on May 31. Evacam employees also will be retained by NPW in order to facilitate a seamless transition.

Evacam Solutions is a factory warehouse operation in business since 2010. NPW says this acquisition is similar to its 2013 purchase of CMA Warehouse, located in Vernon, California.

NPW says it has used this model to service customers in certain regional areas of the country.

National Performance Warehouse Companies now operates from 12 locations in the U.S. and Canada, and distributes more than 650 lines of traditional, performance, truck, chemical and engine parts. The company also now distributes tool and equipment lines.

Larry Pacey, president and CEO of NPW, had this to say about the acquisition:

“We have had Texas as a state on our target list as a region where we needed to have a presence. We like the factory warehouse business, and, as in our CMA operation, we feel we can add more factory warehouse lines to build our business in Dallas.”
