Jon, a native to Salt Lake City, is an extremely experienced and successful member of the Automotive Aftermarket with strong roots in operations and sales. After graduating high school in Denver, Jon returned home to Salt Lake to study business and business management at both The University of Utah and LDS Business College. Jon started his journey in the aftermarket as a truck driver at a small service station cooperative in Salt Lake while attending college and quickly set his sights on a management role so he could be able to effect change. In Jon’s 30 plus years in the aftermarket he has held key senior management positions with Republic Automotive, Parts Depot, CARQUEST and Factory Motor Parts as well as MAC Tools across the country including stops in Denver, Davenport, Portland Maine, Roanoke, Nashville and Kansas City before returning home to Salt Lake. Jon spent 10 years away from auto parts in key senior level management positions with both Staples and Netflix specializing in building and managing distribution centers before returning to the Automotive Aftermarket that he enjoys so much with NPW as the Sales Director for the Utah/Idaho group of stores and warehouses and subsequently moved into the General Manager role. Jon is currently the VP of Northwest Operations with sales and operations responsibilities for all warehouse and store operations in Utah, Idaho, Oregon and Washington along with store operations in Arizona and California.
Jon and his wife Julie have two children and six grandchildren and currently reside in South Jordan, Utah. Jon is a devote University of Utah fan, go Utes, and a passionate Corvette enthusiast well known on the local car scene in Salt Lake City. If Jon’s not spending time with the family, you’ll usually find him hanging out with other car guys admiring each other’s rides.
