Carl Luque

Carl Luque oversees the operations, sales, transportation and supply chain strategy for numerous corporate stores and distribution centers throughout the NPW network. Carl has over 20 years of automotive experience in several leadership roles as General Manager, Regional Operations Manager and Director of Operations with Auto Plus Auto Parts, Uni-Select and Parts Depot before joining NPW as their Vice President of Operations.  He has a strong track record of positive results with continuous improvement projects, rebuilding existing operations, and startup operations. Carl’s extensive experience in developing talent, team-building and improving the strength of the internal leadership team has been a great asset for NPW.
