“NPW’s acquisition of Star Distributing Company & its affiliate company, Bullhead Auto Supply will be a great stride forward for all of our customers and employees. The proven track record of NPW speaks for itself & I know my father, Charles J. King, would be pleased to see it going into a strong growing, family company like NPW. NPW’s presence will give our customers the opportunity to provide several new categories & product lines, to their own customers. The change will be made as smooth as possible for our customers, especially with NPW being a member of our same buying group, The Alliance.”Jeff King, President of Star Distributing
This acquisition brings NPW’s total warehouse facilities to 17 across the United States and Canada. NPW welcomes Star Distributing to the growing NPW Family.
