Claudia Castaño joined NPW in 2018 and serves as Director of Human Resources leading the company’s HR operations and initiatives including compliance, talent acquisition, payroll and benefit administration, compensation and analytics, and overall HR support to the business. Claudia has strong ties to NPW, formerly serving their HR consultant.
Claudia is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles across various industries. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, Claudia was selected to attend the Disney Management Training Program. She went on to be a member of Disney’s Opening Teams for the All-Star Sports and Music Resorts and the Disney’s Boardwalk Hotel. Claudia also managed a contingent workforce of over 600 employees for both FAA and FDA regulated manufacturers in South Florida. Most recently, Claudia was the Director of Human Resources for one the largest privately-owned restaurant groups in South Florida.
